Shift: 1st ( 6am – 4:30pm) Monday - Thursday
2nd ( 6pm – 4:30am) Monday - Thursday
Pay: $30-$33/hr plus $1/hr shift differential

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate your expertise by efficiently troubleshooting and maintaining ABB weld robots, ensuring smooth operations within the manufacturing process.
• Utilize RobotStudio to develop innovative programs for new parts, contributing to the company's growth and technological advancements.
• Enhance existing programs and provide valuable insights into improved tooling and fixtures, resulting in heightened efficiencies and productivity.
• Play an essential role in the consistent upkeep of robot cells, contributing to their longevity and optimal performance.
• Utilize your skills to perform basic repairs on weld fixtures, ensuring seamless and uninterrupted production.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, providing the foundational education required for this role.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of technical training, with a focus on robotics programming, laying the groundwork for your expertise.
• Showcase your proficiency in ABB Robot Programming, a critical skill for excelling in this position.
• Demonstrate your competence in RobotStudio Programming, an asset for program development and optimization.
• Exhibit knowledge in GMAW/MIG Welding, contributing to the successful execution of welding tasks.
• Display strong mathematical and measurement skills, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of Robot Weld Programming experience, preferably with ABB robots, showcasing your hands-on expertise.
• Show a solid understanding of GMAW/MIG Welding techniques, providing valuable insights into the welding process.
• Familiarity with RobotStudio software, allowing you to navigate and utilize this crucial programming tool effectively.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, enabling you to understand and implement project requirements effectively.
